How it helped me:

I read this ebook just as I was starting a new type of medication to manage my anxiety disorder. I was feeling very depressed at how I'd been unable to function for the past 2 years. I had started to worry that if I died, I wouldn't have accomplished anything.

I read this at the right moment. I've made a lot of progress with my recovery and have been trying to accomplish all of my 'somedays.' I've started hiking again and I am feeling much healthier for it. I've gone to many tweetups and had many opportunities come as a result. I was too scared to accomplish my 'somedays' and now. I just wish I had more time to devote to them.

I do credit a lot of my new mindset to this ebook. If someone is looking to make changes to their life, this is the first book I'd recommend.
